What we collect
Only what you type yourself into one of the two forms on the Contact page, together with the language you are reading the site in.
Quote form
- company, delivery town, type of buyer
- block, quantity in truckloads and deadline
- name, phone, email (optional) and message (optional)
Distributor form
- company, town and country
- name and phone or email
- description of the market (optional)
Why we collect it
To answer your request: a quote, or a request to become a distributor. For nothing else.
Who processes it
When you send a form, the data passes through Web3Forms, a service that sends it by email to the company’s mailbox.
How long we keep it
24 months from the day the request is sent. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
Under Law No. 06/L-082 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask to see the data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted.
You may also file a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.
